How do you guys setup your truck for the drags?

So tulsa is having some diesel drags next weekend and I was wondering what you guys do to set your truck. Ive been a couple of times but I have just pulled in and put the maxx tune in it and launched in 4x4, but I picked up some factory 17" wheels and tires to cut down on the rotating mass. I also was thinking about cranking the t-bars all the way down. The last time out I ran 13.59 just how I drive it on the street and was hoping to improve on that a little...is there any other things you guys do to set your trucks up for racing?

Build front end, lower t bars, as little weight as possible, air down tires, tow haul on, play with launches to find a spot your truck handles well.... There's a brief list off the top of my head ha .
