Dyno results from Beans

Looking to improve. I really wasn't to happy with the results but at least I have something to go off of now.
See anything from the graph that can be done with different tuning? Do I have other problems maybe? Fuel filters (OE and Cat) were changed 7k ago w/ no loss of mileage now. Level 6 on PPE set a Poo87 so I backed down to 5 (300 setting) and made 471/980 on a load cell (dyno Dynamics) dyno

What did you make stock? Be nice to have a baseline then tune it from there on the spot to see how much hp you gained.

Well I'd say your torque is about right but your hp is a tad low for level 5 but then again hard to say with out a baseline. I do know the ppe bigger programs call for alot of fuel and if you can't supply it your power curve will drop. I thought lbz peak hp are higher than yours is showing but i don't know for sure. Someone will chime in that knows.

In my experience, this would be quite a realistic set of numbers for a single CP3 stock charger LBZ.

Not sure those Dyno Dynamic dynos put enough load on diesels.

Note that your peak HP is below 3000. That is weird, and isn't what a PPE tuner shows on a Superflow.

The real proof is trap speed vs. weight. 500 rwhp will trap about 103 in a normal CC/LB (7500lb) 4x4 at sea level from my experience. Weight will go 200lb per MPH in this range.

I agree with Pat here, peak should have been closer to 3200-3400rpm with that tuning. Peak numbers aren't too far off but curve is not were it would be expected. Like Pat says, proof is in the pudding, quarter mile times don't lie!
