Mine actually wouldn't be a 6.2, but a 6.5.

AM General P400 drop-in, O-ringed head, upgraded cooling system, 18:1 CR, custom built intake manifold, intercooler, large Holset charger, and a P pump. Then see how much power I can make, and for how long.

Im actually building my dream truck.
84 Blazer frame
4" suspension lift
3.42 gearing with Auburn limited slip, front/rear
35" tires
700R4 tranny
58 Truck body
Im using 93 6.5 Turbo engine
Electric fuel pump
Toggle or push button switches to control everything
84 Steering column and brake assy
Hydroboost
Dual stacks
Im actually almost there, just got the engine wired up and got it started using 1 old battery that wouldnt start my small block engine.
I wanted a truck that could do it all. Wheeling, light towing, good mileage, looks good and fun to drive.

I'm with you on this one, just make it a stepside and put on some stacks ala the old Dodge 'lil Red Express trucks, stuff a turbo on it, 5 spd tranny, methanol injection to cool the charge, a tasteful hood scoop for cooler air... Hey - that sounds a lot like what I'm building!!!

Use some tall gears in back and some aerodynamic tuning and it should be an econobox! It beats driving a miniature sedan.

I like that idea of Daisey Duke twins riding at all times. Where can I get me 2 of those?
