I noticed had my water temp climb to halfway between 210 and the redline this weekend, while towing my Jeep on a Trailer from Phoenix To Prescott, outside temp was over 100°F. This is the only time i have seen the temp climb above 210. The tranny temp stayed fairly constant. I was a bit worried, but on the return trip it never budged above 210. Any thoughts, is this also normal or could it indicate a problem?

Same happens to me going to Flagstaff. Those hills can be a bit harsh at those temps being 100+...http://dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif
