I hope somebody here knows.

Will 33's fit on a 03' Tahoe, with a 1 1/2-2" spacer lift in the rear and new re-indexed torsion bar keys? I believe the stock 265's come out to around 30.5" so its not too much of a change.

Looking to get the keys and spacers off ebay and then take the stock green keys from the Tahoe and stick them on the HD.

Thanks

My dad has an '02 K1500 Sub with 285s on stock wheels, no crank on t-bars, no rubbing or other problems. That would be close to the 33s.

Depends more upon the wheels, if you want 10" wide wheels.. NO. With 8" wheels, probably.

I agree with ockgator. All depends what wheels and offset your running.

I'm looking at 285/75-16 BFG AT'a so they are right at 33". I got a shot at a set mounted and balanced, I'm just waiting for more info on the wheels.

32.9 inches to be exact. good tire, nice wear, but they cup easy and they take alot to balance, but aside from that a great tire. you might at the most have to put a crank or two into the torsion bars.

I agree, I have a 99 Suburban with 305/50-20's (32.2 x 12) on 20 x8 wheels that clear with no trimming/torsion bar cranking. A friend of mine has 98 suburban with 265's (31.7 x 8.5) that rub the front valance on 16 x 8 wheels. My dad had a 98 tahoe with 305/70's that cleared but the wheels has 6" backspacing. Mine have 5.75" back space, his are only 4.25", wheel offset is the biggest concern, the more backspacing the bigger the tire you can usually run.
