hey guys, Its my first post on here so take it easy if something stupid slips out. I have a 03 duramax that has a edge juice and nothing else. I have 90k on the truck and about 70k of those miles were with the juice.
today when pulling away from a red light at a pretty decent rate the truck just flattend out and sustained the same rmp even though my foot was close to being on the floor. this happend again this afternoon when I passed someone. I know the edge has a tranny protection feature... is that what is happening? thanks for any help

Take out the edge and drive it. My 03 has on its 5th edge box and it shut down on me yesterday. One of my previous edge boxes did the same thing you are describing. I unplugged it and it ran normal again..Good Luck.Jim

I just got off the phone with a friend that works at an allison dealership and he says they have a diagnostic test they can run to test the clutch plates. so maybe between that and talking to edge tommorow maybe I'll be able to solve this problem. did the problem happen with the module in all levels or just on level four. because mine is only doing it on level four.

Your symptoms sound like it could be a dirty fuel filter as well.

When was the last time it was changed??

I would start with the fuel filter also.
