Anyone ever had a truck break down that was your fault, I was starting out on a hill one time in an old International 3 axle tractor and dropped the drive line , It started hopping up and down viiolently) and the drive line just sheared off at the weld , I was more pi%^ed at myself for doing it than the bosses were. I did find out that it is pretty easy to put a driveline in a tractor after they had a new welded up. I was actually kind of glad it was the driveline because I thought I sheared off the output shaft of the tranmission.

I was driving a twin screw truck hauling fertilizer to the field. As I got close to the field the clutch wouldn't disengage. The boss was a cheap SOB so I figured it was just one more thing broke. Got into the field and unloaded. Was going to drive home without the clutch. Hit the start button and realized I left the parking brakes on. About that time the yolk and u-joint let go. Turned out a bolt had backed out of a bracket. Nothing else.
