Where can I get my tranny upgraded in upstate ny, and what do I need to hold the new Juice for the lly? Do Allison shops do any upgrades? I have one nearby. Thanks Tim

Mackin 06-04-2004, 08:33 AM Not many Allison dealers are aware of upgrades and will look at you like you just got to America .... You'll just have to ask around at performance "speed shops" .... Any individual with a decent Transmission background should be able to assist you .... The staple of any upgrade IMO,The Transgo kit ,is pretty simple, well engineered and comes with very complete instructions on the install .... Pic up an Allison manual .... For most a Single Disk and a Transgo will hold 450 RWHP....... If you plan on sticking with a Juice/Attitude or Quad LLY Tuner or even Steve Cole's TTS program you will be fine.
