I installed my oil cooler and 4" Jardine exhaust finally to compliment the larger tranny cooler that I installed about a month ago. What a difference. Took a 75 mile drive today towing a small trailer with the bikes on it. Engine temp never went any higher than 196* and the trans maxed out at 170*. Both of these temps were after hitting the on ramps to the interstate clippin right along. On the interstate at 75mph engine temp averaged 186* and trans was at 160*. OAT was between 85*-90*. Even in town in traffic, everything stayed cool. EGT is 40*-50* lower also. Normally my truck would run 205*-210* on the engine temp and 175*-190* on the trans. The next test will be with the 30' FW and 12' trailer with 3 bikes. Hope it warms up a bit more for a good test. Here are a few pics of the install.
