The other day I was at my dads house. There were two kids across the steet doing burn outs with a early 90s Mustang 5.0. They were laying rubber about 20' or so. They were out in the road checking out their rubber when I pulled up. They probably thought I was going to bitch them out for buring out, instead I told them that their burn out sucked and my TRUCK could do better then that. Needless to say when I left about ..... 100' of rubber their jaws were on the street. I saw them the next day and they could not believe a diesel truck could do something like that.

You made a bad buy. You spent all that money and can't even move to a new location. From a dead stop it won't. Unless you power break a little. You have to remember these are HEAVY trucks with big rubber. Not to mention that you don't start making power until your turbo spools up. Stock, from an idle there will be very little turbo boost.

I was just playing around... what, you want me to pour bleach on the tires and do a spinning crazy burnout? I like this truck versus my standard cab dakota I had before it.

Banks 6 gun and that was it when that was shot about 3 months ago. with the BFG AT KO tires I have now there's no way I'd do a burnout... I'm not going to trash the tires the army bought for me.. lol

I hear you about the BFG AT KO's, too damn expensive to roast them. I might give it a try when these are about wore out.

Wonder if I can find a decent light post to tie up a tow strap to and do a 4 wheel burnout for grins when these tires go. Once they are worn out enough it'll be time for some fun again, then go with some 315's on a new set of rims and a 6" lift.

Sure it will, you just need to hold the brakes on until the turbo spools up, then let her rip.

Don't you know that stuff is bad for the enviroment and wastes fuel? Of course I haven't done burnouts like those, not from a lack of trying. My buggy shifts into second and dies out. These are rolling burnouts, brake jobs are cruel to the tranny.
