I am converting my 1993 6.5 to run on waist vegetable oil. I have converted a 1981 Mercedes in the past but need a truck. If anyone on this forum has any experience in coverting a 6.5 I would love to hear from you. I have visited the sites specifically for these conversions, but there is limited information on the 6.5 conversion.
Thanks

A '93 shouldn't be too hard, thats still a mechanical IP. I don't imagine there will be any real difference between your Benz, and your truck.

I'm your man, what do you want to know? The 6.5 is absolutely veg worthy. Just don't do a chicken **** job of it, get a Frybrid kit and be done with it. www.frybrid.com

Workshop at Northeast Diesel Gettogether by an experienced 6.5 owner with 3 years running bio under his belt. I know he changed to a Kennedy lift pump, but other than that I don't know what he changed.
