i got someone who wants to buy my powerpup. so if i was to choose between the PPE xcel or the Tripledog with crazy larry, which has more power?

The crazy larry has big power but the tran's shifts like crap on that tune. It just seem's that tune is rough around the edges .I have had the power pup, tripple dog with the crazy larry and the diablo sport and so far the diablo get's my vote.

Are you running a stock trans? How does the crazy larry do in a all out race compared to the others? big difference?

The crazy larry tune run's hard a few gears then it seem's to lay over a bit. It has way more than the extreme tune on the power pup or the tripple dog.
