Take my truck in for warranty, take off edge and boost stick and tell them the intercooler tube keeps blowing off, they call me today and say they are replacing the turbo because they cant figure out why the turbo is making so much boost to blow the tube off... ):h Im not saying anything...hopefully they dont say anything about the swiss cheese airbox though...

Also they say the intercooler tube blowing is only a ford problem, and it wont happen to chevy "stock"...LOLOLOLOL ):h

Oh yeah their replacing the tube and clamp too.

The edge as well as the boost stick doesnt increase overall boost, just changes when it comes into use. Sounds like the clamps should have been double checked after a few miles off the assembly line. I checked mine after I drove it off the lot and they took a little more than I thought they would. Never any problems.

Im pretty sure the boost stick increases the boost to 30 Psi...+-

And Ive had the hose come off many many times...this wasnt the first...probably has happened maybe 15 times.

From John's website http://www.kennedydiesel.com/:

"The Boost stick is a simple electronic device that plugs inline bewteen your boost sensor and the OE harness. It alters the output signal of the boost sensor using a fixed map developed on our Superflow Chassis dyno. Altering the signal results in the ECM commanding increased boost levels. We have set the boost map up properly (approx 30 psi max) so as not to risk engine/turbo damage so long as other boost increasing devices or tuners are not used simultaneously. The result is increased performance, improved pedal response, and significantly decreased smoke and exhaust temps. Best results will be noticed when used in conjunction with the increased fueling of a chip or tuner."
