Guys, I am wanting to chip my truck but want it to still be RELIABLE! I am wanting to gain mileage for towing and long trips. The loads I tow, which is mostly boats, are faily light (3000lbs). So, I guess my question is, how high of a setting can be SAFELY used on a chip or programmer and not smoke the tranny??Again, it will be used mostly as a daily driver and on RARE occasion stomp the throttle just for kicks, but RARELY! Thanks!

Even though your kind of a jacka$$ your a noob so I'll cut you a little slack. You can't add any power to the 06s if you want it to be "RELIABLE" without trans mods. Next time you have a question click on the link " To answer all of your Dmax questions look Here" in my sig. and you will most likely fine it there.
