hey guys brand new to the site my buddy told me about it i have downloaded the demo version of efi live and if anyone had any tips or hints it would be great if ya could give me some thanks guys

Look under the help menu > contents. That is where the manuals are stored. Also some nice tutorials there.

look in the tune repository. Some good starter tunes there.
