Am now used to the power of my LBZ?
I don't race around, tow sleds or 20K pound trailers, but I do floor it once in a while and power just seems pretty decent for a truck. When I get on it, I don't hear a lot of engine noise, experience face wrinkling g forces or smell smoking tires. However, when I look at the speedometer, I am always going faster than I thought.
After about four months, it just seems more like; "run of the mill , pretty fast". Not, "holly $hit, what the hell is this?" fast, when I first bought it.
Do I need to drive another truck (maybe a Ford) in order to re-understand the power contrast of fast and slow trucks?
