Hi, ! I've got Isspro gauges in my '06 (evrybody said "you won't leave it stock!) And for about 3 mo., or4000 miles, all was well. For the last few days the pyro has been acting nutty, drops from "normal" readings down to 100 or 150, holds for a few mi.,then pops back to normal. The low readings are starting to get longer, and the normal, shorter. Is the thermocouple going bad? give me some good guess's , before i tear into it! THANKS....CROW

I would say the couple is bad or possibly the wiring got nicked?? Something is not getting a full strong signal back the the gauge.

Check your connections and especially the ground at the gauge and where the thermocouple wires and gauge wires connect. Sometimes, they vibrate loose. If it's not that then the gauge or t-couple is probably bad.

Hi,! Finally had time to deal with my Pyro problem today, and replaced the thermocouple (ihad already checked the connections). Works like it's supposed to, now! No visible damage to the original, and without a milli-volt voltmeter, I guess there's no way to check it electricly......CROW
