anyone done this conversion? all I can see is rearend, dually bed or modify this one and what would need to be done the the front hubs to accept the 3500 front wheels? I would think an adapter of some sort because the 3500 wheel would be set back more would it not? It's the same 8 lug pattern right?

There are companies that have the conversion kits, including fender flares. Kit should run a little over $2000 American.
