Do the new 04 LLY (and hopefully the 05 will be the same) trucks have the large opening filler spout like Transfer flow sells? Or is it still the 01 - 02 problem of the small opening?

http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif My new 04 Silverado 3500 D/A came with the large fill tube. Sure will be nice to be able to pull the 5th wheel into the truck stops and not worry about how long it will take me to fill up.

My 04 has the small neck I guess, although the big nozzel will fit, kinda tight though.


The problem is not how long it takes to pump the fuel, it's how long it takes for the foam in the neck to disipate. If you don't pack it full your missing a couple of gallons of the already small tank capacity.
