I don't know if its because of the skinny tires or what. But just the other day for the first time I was going over a cattle guard and my trucks steeringwheel etc whobbled really bad and I had a lot of feedback through the steering wheel. For those of you not familiar with cattle guards they are usually on farms and are like 8-10 2" pipes that you drive over. My other vehicles didn't do it. It's almost as if the trucks steering stablizer is SH1T.

Its not that steering shaft issue. This is actually my front tires moving so much when turning and going over bumps. It's as if the pump isnt strong enough to keep them straight when going over bumps while turning. . Hard to explain, could just be the skinny tires make little bumps worse.
