Ive had a couple people tell me if you put a aftermarket downpipe on a vg turbo, it will mess up the turbo, has anyone done this? Anyone had problems?

stevebos 08-10-2006, 06:46 PM deereagtech: Are you referring to the LLY's variable vane turbo (VVT) and the down pipe (as opposed to the front pipe; the OEM pipe that has the catalytic converter)? If so, contact Steve Cole, supporting vendor TTS, (310) 669-8101. TTS offers a down pipe for the LLY; Steve has a lot of experience with it. :) DURAtotheMAX 08-10-2006, 09:30 PM no; the VVT doesnt care what downpipe is on it AFAIK. | ||
