Are There Any Plans To Have An Allison Logging Function. To Log All Tranny Functions?

You can do that now.

Open scan, go to Edit->Properties->Under connection->tab top right corner where Controller ID->Select $18TCM->click OK->Turn Ignition ON->Press the green button to connect to TCM and go select your PIDS to log

Listed below are a few things that can be logged;

Current Gear GM.GEAR
Delivered Engine Torque to Transmission GM.TRQENG_B
Driver Demand Engine Torque GM.DDTRQ
Off-Going Clutch Pressure GM.OFFCLUTCH
On-Coming Clutch Pressure GM.ONCLUTCH
Requested Torque Reduction REQTRQR GM.REQTRQR
Selected Gear GM.GEARSEL
Throttle Position GM.TP
Torque Converter Clutch Duty Cycle GM.TCCDC
Transmission Converter Clutch Slip Speed GM.TCCSLIP
Transmission Fluid Temperature GM.TFT
Transmission Input Speed GM.TIS
Transmission Output Speed GM.TOS

Paul plans to get into the next release something that will be nicer than selecting the module you wish to log via that menu.
The plan is when you connect to the vehicle EFILive will prompt you with a list of the modules detected and you then choose which one you wish to log (assuming we support the data streams for the module).

Currently it's too easy to forget what you have the module set to in the menu because it is hidden. Trust me, I've stared at the screen wondering why it would not validate any engine PID's only to realise it was set to log from module $18 (TCM).

Cheers,
Ross

It's been a while since I've done it so forgive me, I believe you will have to validate the PIDs on the TCM (since it's the first time), just like you did on the ECM, before you can select them and log.
