Simple Question. Need the answer from a tech though, since it adds validity to the answer.

Does the quadrasteer drive by wire or mechanical linkage?

I mean I know it changes from Crab to Follow-on type steering at certian speeds and that is what is getting me to think about mechanical linkage.

When I say mechanical is there metal links in continuos line all the way to the Driver at the end of the steering wheel.

Thanks Tech Type Guys....

not a tech but i have driven one many times and also crawled under it, there is an electric motor/actuator attached to the rear diff with two small diameter tierods, nothing mechanical to the front of the truck

at about 8-10mph it turns the sharpest and turned tighter than my friends 2dr cherokee
