I have a 90HP juice box and i am wondering which setting is the best for my fuel millage. i am running it on setting 1 right now but will 3 be better or another? thank you all very much.

The lowest setting will get you the best MPG. Unless you are towing and need a higher setting to stop the busy shifting from 5 to 4.

Bassin, I tend to disagree with you, I found that the 90hp setting will get you the best out of all settings. But I also found that a hand held tuner gets you better milage than a box!!!

Just my .02 cents

I have the juice with attitude. I tried one tank of gas driving like an old man that am, (it was hard though) empty, 55 to 75 mph I went from 16 1/2 (no juice) to 17 1/2 mpg with juice on level #3. Not much better but it sure is fun. I'm trying level #2 now. I haven't pulled anything yet but I'm sure it will help.

I found the mpg to be worse with a handheld tuner as opposed to the juice. I run in 3 99% of the time. I get more variation from fuel than tuning (I think).

My high of 22 mpg came with highway running of around 70 mph, and a custom tune 40hp predator...

With PPE's Xcelerator 6 speed and 3.73 I get 24.8 highway.

I find with my 90hp box that the higher the setting the lower the mpg.....my right foot just can't resist!! http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gif
