Main injection on time basically refers to the values you have in tables B0720/B0721, the actual opening time of the injectors for the main pulse.
It is important because that is basically the 'final' say in your fueling.
Most will usually log the Main Pulse mm3 and Injector on time. The mm3 you will see comes from B0727 mainly.
If you do a few logs (or have some sent to you) then you will see when you move the cursor over the charts in the scanner then cells will highlight in the Tuner as to where the ECM was getting it's values from. That may help you understand how to relate the scan data back to the tuner tables.

Cheers,
Ross
