Just a warning for extended cab short box owners. I purchased a Magnaflow system from a dealer and was told the crew cab system would work on my 2003 extended cab short bed truck....they were wronghttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Disapprove.gif. I found this out after I had the fun of taking the old system out without cutting it up. The flange pipe will not clear the cross member. I contacted magnaflow directly and they told me they don't make a system for the extended cab short bed. The dealer told me I can send it back to them for a full refund.

That's exactly why the MBRP system we distribute is made the way it is, you can cut the "hump" pipe to meet the needs of the individual trucks owners bed and body style. We even give you the option to add in the front pipe that goes up under the firewall as an option, most other companies don't even have that pipe available at all.
