For you guys (or any one else that can help) what is the percentage I need to multiply to my odometer to make it accurate? What type of psi are you running unloaded?

9.3% difference.

46-50 psi empty and 60 loaded.

I presume you are running 50 in the front and 46 in the rear? How is your tire wear at those psi? I'm running 55-50 but wanted to lessen the harsh ride. Thanks

Dmax Tim, at the risk of sounding stupid, how did you come up with that ? I just installed 295/75/16's and was trying to figure out what I needed to multiply by to get an accurate odometer reading. I like to track my fuel milage. Im not worried about speedo difference.

Wakeboarder, yes a little more in front, even w/o a box the rear tires visibly wear faster just from towing.

Over all tires wear is even across the tread.

I went to BFG website and used the spec sheet and divided the 2 tire sizes.

Most spec sheets have rev/mile also, more accurate than tire size.

BFG AT 245/75R-16= 680 rev/mile 30.6" OD

295/75R-16= 626 rev/mile 33.2" OD

285/70R-17= 634 rev/mile 32.8" OD

315/70R-17= 601 rev/mile 34.5" ODEdited by: Dmax Tim

Thanks for the help. Do your front have much of a bulge in them? Mine still do with 55 in them.
