this is my 2nd one in a year.
the trucks first signs are losing power,after idleing for any
lenght of time.then a few weeks later it went to cutting out.
and finally finally stalling.the box would get to hot i think.
i could unplug it truck runs fine.i could take a rag dip it
in ice chest,ring it out and wrap around box.it would run fine for a few miles.anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I had the same problem. I received my Predator v2.02 yesterday and loaded the 40hp tune. The Pred. works so much better, should have got it in the first place.

I only had my EZ a couple of months but it ran great, no problems. I switched to the Predator because i didn't really need switch-on-the-fly capability and liked having a code reader. Biggest difference seems to be smoother shifting and more low end torque,

it's a 05 3500

I have had several on my LLY's and my LB7's, but never a real problem.:)

Mine works great...

...except that it can limp the tranny in level 3
