: Who manufactures OEM GM Camper mirrors ? Dan_Zorro 05-24-2004, 10:47 PM My friend has a 01 GM Silverado D/A With factory camping mirrors ! He hates them, their just not designed right ! He wants to contact the manufacture to see if any modification is possible to change the angle of the mirror ! No manufacture information is on the mirror and several GM Dealers couldnt answer the question! So I came to the best place for information! Thanks ! I have an 03' and was able to buy a set from them as my truck did not have the extendable camper mirrors as an option. I have a set of Bestop mirrors for your 01'. They are manual extend and electric adjust only, no heat. I don't like my factory style mirrors either, they changed the wiring harness on my new truck so I couldn't transfer the Bestop's to it. You can view them here:powervisionmirrors.com They are awful! The rear vision is awful, the design is awful and the looks are awful! Only good feature is the power extension.
