: Husky floormats....
Polarbear 05-24-2004, 06:54 PM Anyone have experience w/these badboys?? I looked at some this afternoon, and they look perfect for me. Theyd cover just about everything, including the little bump up, that the stock leaves out...The store wanted 70 bucks, is this about inline, or can i getthem cheaper online someplace..Thanks guys..-Adam
heartbeatcanada 05-24-2004, 08:50 PM I have them in my truck front and back(ext cab). Work awesome. I was sick of having the carpet soaked from winter slop, and stinking like stale swamp water. The husky's catch all the water and dirt and prevent it from goin onto or into your carpet, as long as you don't let them spill over.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif The rears work good too, especially for the kids spilling drinks http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Embarrased.gif. Cost was over $100 Can. up here, but well worth it.
motovet 05-24-2004, 08:54 PM I like em too.
GMC-2002-Dmax 05-24-2004, 09:05 PM I have had a set in my last three trucks........
Currently have a set in my 2002 Truck and 2003 Tahoe......best on the market in my opinion.
My Tahoe went thru a CT. winter with three kids and a light tan interior without one mark on the carpeting.

EEEEZY 05-24-2004, 09:39 PM Have had a set in my last 2 trucks. Have the front and back in my current crew. Really like them! Can't recall the exact price, but purchased them through Styling Concepts. Have ordered things from them before and they were willing to match a slightly lower price that I had found someplace else. Good Luck.
Polarbear 05-24-2004, 10:03 PM Thats the feedback i like to hear. I dont know if the price i got was for just front or back x-cab as well... Ill check out the stlying concepts site and see what they say...Thanks guys-Adamhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif
DougO 05-24-2004, 10:10 PM The place I got my last two sets 99 Tahoe & 03 crew were $60.00 a set ( front seat area & rear seat area ) the Tahoe's cargo area was another $60.00. Well worth the $$ for them, take them out at the car wash have your way them with the high pressure wash & rinse. Look as good as new, well almost.

EEEEZY 05-24-2004, 11:34 PM Made a mistake on my previous post about the Husky floor mats. Purchased my Catch-all mats from Styling Concepts. Liike those too! truckspecialties.com has the Huskys. Too much stuff I guess!

GMC2500HD 05-24-2004, 11:56 PM I have had them in all my trucks and they are great. Easy to clean when they are dirty and they trap mud, water and all the rocks that come in on your your feet, nice investment for sure.
White Duramax 05-25-2004, 12:11 AM Ditto on what everyone else said, this is the second truck I have had Huskeys in. You cant beat themhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif They keep water and mud from getting on the carpet, plus they are easy to clean, just pull out and use a scrub brush and they look like new.
dchilders 06-22-2004, 12:29 AM Have had them on older Suburban and they worked great. First thing that went on the new truck was Husky mats and nerf bars.
I put in the center cover in the front too. That covers the "hump" and directs spills into the mats. I would suggest getting the center cover too! Some places look at you like a deer in headlights when you mention the center cover, but you can tell them they do make them!
JRKRACE 06-22-2004, 03:57 PM Are you guys talking about the ridged ones or the diamond plat type ones? I had both and the ridged ones are so much better. Although they dont have that lip all around, they do hold the slush pretty well. The ones I had with the lip would dump the water everytime I took a turn...
jjgmc 06-27-2004, 09:37 PM got mine from kennedy diesel $60 best floor mats out there
BLACKDMAX 08-22-2004, 07:14 PM I have a set of front Husty floor mats for sale. $30.00. They are black and fit 99+ Chevy or GMC.

fuel007one 08-22-2004, 09:48 PM I've purchase 4 different sets of huskies for different cars and results are identical: you CANNOT destroy them, because they have the outter lip on them you keep crap from going onto the carpet, and WELL worth the investment in terms of protecting the carpet completely.
Have 2 driving daughters, wife, harley, and a boat.
I detail a lot of vehicles and this is one of the best investments for any vehicle.
