Just wondering how all of your trucks are handling a 4inch exhaust with out the cat in there? Setting any codes? Improvement in power or mileage?

Codes- No

Power- Feels like it

Mileage- Can't be sure because I drive it like I stole it most of the time http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif

How did you replace cat, just weld in a new pipe? or is there a "test" pipe you can purchase?

just buy and exhaust for an 01 or 02 but make sure it has the square flanges on it so you can put the cat pipe in if you need.

NO trouble what so ever out of mine with magna flow syle muffler and 4" from turbo flange back. Feels (or maybe just sounds) like it runs better !!?

Just turned 5,000 miles running my system.

No codes have ever been set.

Sounds Awsome.

It has been on since the truck had about 50 miles on it, so I can't say how much more power it has than stock, But I'm sure it has more.

Sounds good. I am waiting to get my system back from airborn coatings. I'll shoot some pics up of it when I get it back.

OK, so which aftermarket exhaust with "removable cat" is the best, and does anybody have any recommendations for a dealer that has the best pricing?

The ATS TURBO system is Really nice. But it isn't Really cheap. It has the factory style flanges so if you reinstall your stock Cat it would look like a factory job.
