i have noticed my actual fuel rail pressure is always higher than the desired fuel rail pressure is this normal and why?
higher i mean 5%-12%

I understand about actual boost add the baro and u get your turbo boost pressure

what is the highest actual fuel pressure you have logged?
what is the highest you would like to safely see?

With a stock engine and CP3, you cannot hold commanded rail pressure with a racing tune loaded at WOT. I hold about 20,500 on 23,000 commanded.

As a general rule of thumb, if the rail pressure drops to less than 19500 with 23000 commanded, do not add more fuel. You won't increase power, just EGT's.

180mpa??? that sounds more like injection pressure on a mechanical engine.

20500psi or 134.5 mpa with commanded of 23000 psi or 158.5...or 160 mpa
