Hello

I am interested in deleting my Cat as here in Hawaii they are not required by Law to have there are No emmision Laws, the only issue would be warranty . My question is to those who have done this is it worth it I am looking for more than just cooler Sound. What about Lower EGT,s and increased throttle performance. Currently have Banks Cat back whats the best way to go from here with a part replacement that will Fit. Worried about Codes also. Looks like Fingers/ Blocker plate availble now for the LBZ also. Just want to see if its worth doing from performance stand point.

If you kill the cat you better keep it around in case your state decides to test emissions, PA didn't have testing but next yr will

Big Island Duramax,

The MBRP pipe will bolt on for you so long as the Banks kits doesn't modify the stock cat pipe. Be sure to get the LBZ one as the LLY/LB7 won't work! I agree with keeping the cat as test laws change evey minutie it seems lately and that way you can bolt it back in if you need to.

By the way send some of that iseland breeze to us, it's gonna hit 102 or so in Nashville this week so they say with 80-90+ % humidity!!!!

If you have questions call us on the pipe.
