Just giving an update to the tear down. I just got back from Indy on a work trip. So its been a couple weeks since i have worked on it. But the good news is, i got the engine out and i plan on having it apart tomarrow to see why all my cyl. pressures droping. I'll make sure i get good pics to show everone. Next, to all the diesel vendors out there. Has anyone got input on the comp cams for the duramax? And to do the cams i'm going to aleast need valve springs and a bit of head work done. i would say i'm going to have to replace rings if im building up the compression again. So does anyone have input on where to buy stiffer springs.
