I was wondering if i could run this on the high setting and leave the truck in 4lo and have trans in 3 on gear shift;sled pulling. Will this limp the trans even if the truck is in 4lo. Stock trans other than shift kit.

I'm sure your trans would cuss you but I don't recall hearing of someone limping a trans in anything but 4th or 5th gear so I don't know. I'm sure it would kill it eventually but I don't really know.

I wouldn't make a habit of it but maybe once in a while will be ok for a little while. Ultimately you obviously need a trans cause thats a 470+ rwhp program and the trans just can't live through that, especially in 4th or 5th.

I see your sig says SCIII soon to come. Just got mine done last week, and what a difference. Now I can run the Stoopid setting on the VA and not worry about limping it. There are 4 long black marks on the pavement near my house from "testing". LOL
