my juice is getting so dim i can hardly read it.. has anyone else experienced this

I lost my backlight completely on my monitor. I called and it was swapped out under warranty, great customer service.

Remember there is a dim setting, I think you hold the bottom button?

Mine did the same thing. the box would work but no light. I got it swapped out under warenty as well and it has been fine since. I did notice that when we took out the bad display the wire was jammed between the sun visor mount and the roof so that might have caused the attitude to go out. Just a thought for when you are putting the new on back in.

Bright sun and heat can mess with LCD displays.

I had mine go out 2 times in the first 3 months. First time screen was corrupted, partial display of start up screen and parameters I had set to display. Second time display would go dim and then blank. Cross shipped a new one each time with no hassel from edge.
