Sounds like the same truck I got! My sticker was just under 42K, and I paid 32,400 before tax, title, etc So that is about right. I had an 11k trade that I owned, so it changed the tax, etc. Sold another car I had outright and used that toward the Dmax, ended up only borrowing 17k for 5 years at 3.44% $308/month for a new Dmax!!
