My truck seems to stall only when it is warm. Up to running temp, about 200ish. It will start back up, but then die again. If I let it sit and cool, it'll run again untill warm. Getting very frustrating. I've installed a boost gauge and pyro, manual wastegate, gutted the upper intake, removed the snorkel. About a month ago I installed a used PMD that was tested good by an excellant diesel shop (Hucksdorf Diesel). I also mounted the PMD on a heatsink. It seemed to run great recently, but my buddy took my truck up north about 200 miles to help his sister move, but it died up there, so not I have to tow it home this weekend. The buddy talked to a supposed diesel mechanic, and he said it sounded like a bad injecter. Hmmmmm, I do have one cylender imbalance code that doesn't go away? Just looking for some input. Buy a new pmd? Injecter pump? I dunno, but I love this truck, but am getting frustrated.

I am in the process of moving myself right now, so I don't have readally availabe internet access, so I'll check back tomorrow. Thanks.Matt:help:

It could be alot of things. Several parts of the IP, low fuel pressure, PMD still not working, wiring harness, ignition switch, a scantool would help narrow it down

which cylinder is missing?

I get code 95, which is cylinder imbalance, so I would assume number five cylender. I don't have access to a scan tool. The truch runs great until it reaches operating temp. On cooler days the stalling is not as bad.

If you can eliminate wiring, fuel and PMD, it's probably time for an IP.
