I ordered over $600 in parts from www.tonnocover.com (http://www.tonnocover.com) . They sent me the wrong bed cover today (Friday). To make it worse, they sent me a Ford cover.


I called them and asked if they could next-day-air me the right one since I'll be leaving of town early next friday morning for Memorial weekend and I work Monday through Thursday. They were unwilling. "The shipping will cost us more than the profit on the cover."


I think that's just poor service for such a large dollar order.


Any other websites to stay away from?

I ordered a bully tailgate lock and a trailseal tailgate gasket from http://www.bmecovers.com/Index.html over a month ago and paypaled the money immediately. After two weeks I called, and he said he would check on the order status and call me back. Yeah, right! I've tried to call and email this jerk at least twenty times in the last two weeks and he is avoiding me like the plague. I filed a complaint with paypal. Hopefully, I can get a refund. Stay away from this guy.
