Was up at Owensville Truck Pull last night and as I was wondering what amount of weight was being pulled, I thought about the receivers on the DMAX'S. I was amazed on how many were using the OEM'S. I remember months ago members were talking about how the OEM'S were junk. I also went to a Putnum XDR. Maybe, the originals are ok for short period of time frame, towing on dirt. They all looked ok. Any thoughts from the members who do any pulling.. Thanks

I guess I answered my own question...:exactly:

My brother has been pulling on the stock setup for two years now with no problems. Not sure what others have seen. Broke a draw bar in Brookville though (mainly because he flipped it to get hitch height).

Green truck is pulling at Preble County Thursday. They're all trying to get me to as well. I have yet to hook mine - afraid of the stock tranny.
