Well, after moving to version 4.81 I was fine for a few cool (highs in the 70s) days. Once the mercury hit 80, the no starts returned. Spoke with Edge, and I am trying a few things to help troubleshoot the problem. Ran for a week and a half with the level manually set on the Juice and no Attitude connected, never had any problems. Now, I have the Attitude connected, but running at the same level as I manually set on the juice. So far (knock wood) no problems. It has been about a week. I will give it another few days before I call Edge again with my findings. Supposed to be 85+ this weekend, so it should be a good test. Has anyone else who was having No-Start or stalling problems tried the above mentioned? What were the results? Could be all in the Attitude if my tests hold true for others. Maybe a conflict if the Juice is set to a different level than the Attitude? So far Edge has been very standup and backed the product well. I'm a software engineer, and I know all about customers finding problems that were not identified through inhouse testing.......

Do the folks at Edge belive it is heat related? I live in Phoenix were it has been well into triple digits for awhile, and the only time my truck pulled the no start stunt was the same day I installed it (kinda scary, I was at my friends house, who also has a D-Max, showing off and then t did'nt starthttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif). It was installed the first weeek in March when it was way cooler, but since then no problems (Attitude on the whole time). Hope I did'nt just jinx myself!
