Alright after one week of owning my Black 06 2500 I have come to realize that I have got to get some kind of mud flaps on this thing. I would prefer the molded ones and I dont want the big rig flapping in the breeze kind.

So what are you guys using and where did you get them?

I have had four crew cabs.I have put husky liner mud flaps on all of them. They fit and look great. Hope that helps you.

Duraflaps. I guess you could say they are "big rig" styled, but they sure don't flap. I like the way they look, the protection they give and their construction. Plus, no drilling. Only downside is they are a bit pricey.

There was a pretty lengthy mudflap thread not too long ago you might want to check that out as well.

I had the molded GM flaps on my other 02 and the Husky flaps on my 04 and to tell you the truth, I didn't like them. I dodn't like the fact that they trap the dirt between the flare and the flap. My flares discolored a little when I took them off. Also, IMO the molded type flap looks a little weird against the 245 tire. If you have bigger tires, they will look better. I now just use the flat GM flaps and am very happy with them.
If you are looking for protection, the Duraflap is the way to go..

I would highly recommend the Duraflaps. Got a discount because I said I heard about them at Diesel Place! Price included shipping. Was a breeze to install. They do not flap in the wind. No drilling was a huge concern of mine. I am extremely happy with them:D :D

I like the Husky molded mud flap/splash guards. They are just enough to keep the sides of the truck cleaner, without being too gaudy.

Another place to check for stuff that fits your truck is Performance Products. Even if you don't buy from them, it's a cool catalog to leaf through. I've always had good luck with their customer service.

Well I put a set of Chevy flaps on it. I am a less than impressed by the fit of the front flaps. The rears fit great though.

I use GMC flaps. They are relatively flat, with one molded edge to it to keep them firm. I just got the flaps for my 3500 Duallie, you should see how friggin big the GMC flaps are for the rear! They are enormous, which is good I guess!
