From what I've read in the since I bought my 3500 SRW 2 weeks ago. Cranking up the torsion bars to gain an additional 1-2" doesn't seem to cause any fear with fellow members.
With that in mind, has anyone ever had problems with their dealership do to raising their bars. Still learning to use the site and haven't found any info on this. Sorry if its been hashed over before.
Thanks

I had the dealership put the green keys on mine to level it out, When it was brand new had less then 200 miles on it and they told me since the green keys are a gm part that it would be covered.

Mine has never complained about any of my mods even for warranty work, but it depends on the dealer. I doubt the t-bars would be a factor for them unless you tore up a cv or something.

I went into a local dealer this winter and watched them crank the t-bars up on a GMC with a plow using and impact and no jack-:t
Needless to say, anything goes!

I had my 2003 Duramax in a couple different shops for warranty work (one in Texas, and one in Georgia) and they never mentioned it. It clearly depends on the dealer, and what kind of rapport you have with them.

SWDIESEL.............do you have a part number for the green keys. I live in a small town and the service/parts departments didn't know what I was talking about, so they asked if I could get a part #. Thanks.
