Looking for a passenger side mirror for my 99 K2500 Suburban. I've been everywhere and can't seem to find a replacement pane for the electric mirrors with the heated glass. Of course the dealsrship has them for thousands of dollars, but I don't think I'll go that route. Advance auto had one that was the same size and shape, electric even. The pane was not heated, so the electrical connector did not match up.


Why is it so hard to track down a replacement pane for this mirror?


BTW, I think the mirror is a CIPA #55100 or similar.

OK - having no luck, so let me throw something else into the mix.


How about a larger replacement mirror for both sides? The mirror needs to plug into the stock electrical connector and have the same functionality (electric, folding and heated). Can drop the heated mirror requirement if necessary.


Any links or product suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
