I'm trying to get the program into the computer but it only gets to start Communicating, Then I get an error message telling me to check the cables. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what is the fix? I've checked the computers cable connection and the OBD II connector under the dash and they look good "Help" http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cry.gif

I had this problem with my Dmax. Superchips gave me a list of fuses to pull out before loading-something about if any communications are sent anywhere on the truck, it will stop the process. Call superchips. Took a while to get to a person but they were very helpful.
