My 06 Express didn't come with a block heater. My last diesel an 80 Toronado came with one and I used it , it was hard to start (the TSBs were the height of a bible) I do go north and get into -25 F temps , Is it tough to install a block heater or should I go with a different set-up , the blue heat is a nice idea but pricey. I see some people have fuel heaters and who or where should I go for that . Thanks Jerry
