Are the wires on the 06 LBZ the same color as the ones in the 05 LLy? I have the directions for the LLY installation, just checking if its the same for the 06 LBZ

I just installed mine less than 6 hours ago, and they are not all the same. The EGR wire is brown on mine and the other three wires were the same as the instructions. HOWEVER, I recommend tracing them yourself to be cretin, if you pull the air intake tube all the wires are right in front of you if you stand on the passenger side. The MAF is orientated different that the picture, but if you look at the shape of the MAF and match wires you will find that what used to be the driver side of the sensor is now the cab side. And all I have to say for the EGR blocker plate is good luck and have bandages near, or at least if you have large hands like myself.

As it says in the instructions. The position in the connector is what counts, not the color.

Yes the LBZ and LLY are different.
