: My "leveled" dually with 22" wheels.
I have gotten a ton of information from this site and want to show my truck off! It is a 2004 2wd GMC dually loaded with the duramax. I bought it new and have slowly added modifications to it.
I had the escalade handles painted and put on. I put the 06 mirrors on. Added a pioneer dvd/navigation unit with two 10" subs under the seat. Added the Edge with attitude and Trippin mount. Turbo back MBRP exhaust with AFE stage II metal intake tube. Added the Cognito leveling kit, cranked the T bars and added the Bilstein shocks. And finally added the 10 lug adaptors with Alcoa wheels cut down to 22", and Toyo Proxes.
Here are some pics after the lift and wheels got put on.
Road Boss 07-06-2006, 09:27 AM Nice looking truck! You need set up your garage and post your pictures in there. How do you like you your wheels?

Yeah, set up that garage and post those pics. Add a dead-on side view for full effect and a low rear view of the duallys. Very nice looking rig. :thumb: BTW, what is the load rating on those tires?

You want more pics?...... How about this one from a couple of hours ago? My truck broke down and had to get flatbedded. I hope nothing major. I will find out tommorow.

Oh No! I can hear it now,
"Sorry Mr. 4HUN, your truck has a lift kit and oversized tires so your warranty is void!"
"What?" "Yeeees, I understand that the tires & lift kit have nothing to do with the fuel system, but rules are rules."
:joke:
Hope nothing is serious.

m.kasperan 07-07-2006, 06:42 AM That's no joke, thats cold! Hope it's nothing major.
Road Boss 07-07-2006, 06:45 AM Well I hope all is well with your truck.
Great looking truck and wheels but I really like the skins. Hope it's nothing serious!!!!!!!
Nothing major. Picked it up this morning. The fuel filter was clogged so I went to prime it and blew off the bottom of the filter. I couldnt see it last night, I just saw fuel spilling out from somewhere. They put on a new filter and it started right up. They only charged me $125 for the filter and the tow.
Road Boss 07-07-2006, 02:15 PM That is great new!
Heartbeat Hauler 07-07-2006, 04:25 PM Excellent! I'm glad it was nothing major and it was hassle free. Now get that garage up and add those pics!!:D

RIck_RICK 07-07-2006, 11:26 PM im wondering how high of a lift kit did u get ???? cost? and how does it ride now with the lift and rims ????? great looking truck man !
smucowboy 07-07-2006, 11:33 PM Looks to me like he didn't actually add a lift. Just the T-bars+++
I gotta say, it's a great looking rig. I'll really be impressed if there is a lift on it and I can't tell. Usually you can see something hanging out from under the truck if a lift is added (unless the real-lift t-bar relocaters are added, and that only works on some lifts). Please, spill the beans and tell us about your lift.
Rcher 07-08-2006, 06:56 AM Truck looks good. I bet those sidewalls are stiff as heck. I have 19.5's and if I run over a nickel, I can tell you if its "heads or tails".

Road Boss 07-08-2006, 08:21 AM He said that he has a Cognito leveling kit on front.
NODMAX 07-09-2006, 12:28 AM That's a nice looking set-up. What's the overall height of the tires?
redvette33 07-09-2006, 02:18 PM sorry to hear that about your truck. Definately don't bring it to the Chevy Dealer on Main St. I was in there with right at 30k on odom for the power steering whine my truck still makes and they shook their head right when they seen it and said it voided warranty. Talked to supervisor (and hid the Edge) same thing. Brought my truck about 250miles south, service guy used to work on GraveDigger = no questions asked service!):h
