Got this DTC but the CEL light never came on:

What would cause that?

Intermittent fault in the right front wheel speed sensor circuit. Check for damaged wires, unplug at WSS and look for corrosion, check rt ft hub for play or noise. If you have access to a scan tool, drive at varying speeds (especially lower speed) and compare to left side and rear speed inputs.
