CAn I check my balance rates with a tech2 with my edge hooked up, or does the edge effect the readings?

You can check it with the edge hooked up but I think it would be better to do it without. I am not sure that it will make a difference. You can always try both ways. I think you will get better readings with the edge off the truck.. Good luck..

Balance rates are checked at idle so it should not effect the readings...but before you take it to the dealer because they look out of spec I would check them again with the edge off.
